The award winning Pradera is a specialised retail property fund manager, which has been ranked at the top of the IPD ranking and is seen as a ‘best in class’ fund manager. Expansion into new regions has been crystallised with the launch of Pradera UK, the niche UK retail warehouse and designer outlet arm. Cadena Group plans expansion of Pradera retail fund management brand around the world as well as building a non-retail fund management business under the Cadena brand.
